These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Brand Name(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and "you" refers to that company.
Brand Nameis a workspace for clothing brands to build a brand profile, generate campaign content — including AI-generated images and captions — organize that content in a calendar and library, and, where enabled, publish to connected social accounts and manage comments and direct messages. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time, and some features may be labeled as beta or "coming soon."
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may change our pricing with advance notice; continued use of a paid plan after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

You retain ownership of the brand assets, images, and text you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service on your behalf — for example, to generate campaign visuals from your brand profile or publish an approved post to your connected account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any assets you upload, including logos, photography, and trademarks.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the output generated for your account through the Service, including images and captions produced from your brand profile and prompts. Because AI-generated output can be unpredictable, we do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, unique, or free of unintentional similarity to third-party material. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or otherwise relying on it.
Certain features rely on third-party platforms (for example, publishing to Instagram or syncing comments and DMs). Your use of those features is also subject to the connected platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party platforms, and integrations may change or be discontinued if a third party changes its access terms.
The Service itself — including its software, design, and underlying technology, but excluding Your Content and the content generated specifically for your account — is owned by Brand Nameand protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying models beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brand Name and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Brand Name harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brand Name is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
