This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund on a Brand Name subscription, how to request one, and how long processing takes. It applies to subscription fees paid directly through Brand Name; purchases made through an app store or reseller are subject to that platform's refund policy instead.
You may be eligible for a refund if:
Renewal charges after the initial 14-day window are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Email us at the address below with your account email and the reason for the request. Include the invoice or receipt date if you have it — this helps us locate the charge faster.
Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not, by itself, refund the current billing period — you'll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you want both cancellation and a refund for the current period, say so explicitly in your request and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria above.
We review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We may decline a refund request where we find evidence of abuse — for example, repeated sign-up/refund cycles used to access paid generation credits for free. We'll always explain the reason if we decline a request.
