Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Brand Name account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what we may need to retain, and how long the process takes.

When you request account deletion, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Your brand profile, including uploaded logos, moodboards, and style references
• Generated images, captions, calendar entries, and library content tied to your account
• Chat history and prompts used to generate content
• Connected social account authorizations (access is revoked; see below for what the platform itself retains)

We may retain a limited set of records after deletion where required for legitimate business or legal purposes, including:

• Billing and transaction records, as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations
• Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
• Aggregated or de-identified data that no longer identifies you

This retained information is kept only as long as necessary and is not used to reconstruct your deleted workspace.

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

• From your account settings, using the "Delete account" option
• By emailing us at the address below from the email associated with your account

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, to prevent unauthorized deletion of someone else's account.

We begin processing verified deletion requests within 7 days. Deletion from active systems is typically complete within 30 days; copies in encrypted backups are purged on our routine backup rotation schedule, generally within 90 days.

If you connected a social account (for example, Instagram) for publishing or messaging, deleting your Brand Nameaccount revokes our access to that account, but does not delete content that was already published to that platform, or data the platform itself holds. To remove that data, you'll need to use the platform's own tools or contact them directly.
